1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Aurum at aurumtoday.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Aurum is operated by the Aurum team (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Contact: hello@aurumtoday.com.
2. Description of Service
Aurum provides personalised daily financial astrology readings based on your birth chart. Readings are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and inspirational purposes only.
Aurum is not a financial advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or any professional financial service. All readings are for entertainment purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Aurum offers subscription plans billed on a monthly basis:
- Pro — $5.99/month: Daily personalised readings delivered by email, Oracle chat (6 consultations/day).
- Oracle — $10.99/month: All Pro features plus daily tarot card, Oracle chat (20 consultations/day), and full natal chart analysis.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time at aurumtoday.com/cancel or by emailing hello@aurumtoday.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. We do not store payment card information.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers who are unsatisfied with the Service. To request a refund, email hello@aurumtoday.com within 7 days of your first charge. Refunds are not available for renewals.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your email address. You must provide accurate information when subscribing.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any content generated by the Service
- Share your account or readings for commercial redistribution
- Attempt to circumvent any subscription or access controls
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software comprising the Aurum Service is owned by us or our licensors. Your personalised readings are generated for your personal use only and may not be redistributed commercially.
You retain ownership of the personal data you provide (name, birth details). By providing this data, you grant us a licence to use it solely to deliver the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that readings will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that the Service is suitable for any particular purpose.
Astrology and AI-generated content are inherently imprecise. We make no claims about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any reading to your personal circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial decisions made in reliance on a reading.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
